Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days of ordering. Orders placed after 2pm or at the weekend are processed the next working day.

Every order includes a tracking number, which we email to you once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times depend on Royal Mail and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Packaging

Each frame contains a die-cast model car behind acrylic glass, so we pack every order carefully to protect it in transit.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the item and its packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 working days, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
