We want you to love your Zelqora frame. If you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Change of mind

• Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return your item, then send it back within a further 14 days.
• Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
• Please email us before sending your return so we can confirm the return address.
• Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
• Original standard delivery charges are refunded if you return your full order.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo. We will cover the cost of the return and offer a replacement or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

Your statutory rights

This policy reflects your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. It does not affect your other statutory rights.
